After Five Days Indian Stock market close in bearish zone. Today 30-share index Sensex ended at 19,785.63, down 211.82 points or 1.06 per cent. It touched a high of 20,052.05 and a low of 19,676.49 in trade and Nifty closed at 5,850.45, down 62.70 points or 1.06 per cent. It touched a high of 5,932 and a low of 5,815.80.

Today Tata Power , ITC , GAIL , NTPC and Cipla are top gainers in the Sensex. On the downside are Tata Steel , BHEL , Hero MotoCorp, ONGC and Maruti Suzuki.

The rupee is at 63.92 per dollar in late afternoon trade, in Intarnational market Asian markets finished mixed as of the most recent closing prices. The Shanghai Composite gained 0.64% and the Hang Seng rose 0.07%. The Nikkei 225 lost 0.26%.European markets are lower today with shares in France off the most. The CAC 40 is down 0.38% while Germany's DAX is off 0.08% and London's FTSE 100 is lower by 0.06%.
