Indian Stock Market The Sensex ended 61.56 points or 0.31 percent higher at 19804.03, and the Nifty closed at 5851.40 up 10.85 points or 0.19 percent. About 1103 shares have advanced, 1227 shares declined.

Today IT and tech stocks advanced 2-1.5 per cent because of Rs vulnerable. Metal, FMCG, auto stocks was 1 to 0.75 per cent growth,The US Federal Reserve's two-day policy meeting starts today. Economists expect the Fed to reduce its asset purchase programme by USD 10 billion a month. Global markets turn cautious.

In Intarnational market Asian markets finished broadly lower today with shares in China leading the region. The Shanghai Composite is down 2.05% while Japan's Nikkei 225 is off 0.65% and Hong Kong's Hang Seng is lower by 0.31%.European markets are lower today with shares in London off the most. The FTSE 100 is down 0.36% while France's CAC 40 is off 0.35% and Germany's DAX is lower by 0.18%.
